This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("DoubleClick").

DoubleClick uses cookies to show ads relevant to users, improve reports on campaign performance, or to avoid a user seeing the same ads more than once. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Furthermore, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to capture so-called conversions related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later goes to the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is the possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address.

If you wish to object to this tracking procedure, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can get information about the setting of cookies from the Digital Advertising Alliance at the internet address www.aboutads.info and make settings for this. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general. Google AdWords

Part of our website is the integration of the so-called service Google AdWords. This is a service for internet advertising that allows advertisers to place ads in the search engine results of Google as well as in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define specific keywords with the help of which an ad in Google's search engine results only then appears when the user retrieves a keyword-relevant search result with the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed on relevant web pages using an automatic algorithm and according to previously defined keywords.

The operating company of the services of Google AdWords is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the search engine Google and an insertion of third-party advertising on our website. The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already described above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the used internet browser and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the used internet browser would also prevent Google from placing a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie set by Google AdWords may be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the opportunity to object to the interest-based advertising by Google. For this purpose, the data subject must call up the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each of the Internet browsers he/she uses and make the desired settings there.

Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be retrieved at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

In the case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics from your browser is not merged with other data by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Payment Processing PayPal

Components of PayPal are integrated on our website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts, which represent virtual private or business accounts. PayPal also offers the possibility to process virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. An account is managed via an e-mail address, which is why there is no classic account number. PayPal makes it possible to trigger online payments to third parties or to receive payments. PayPal also offers trustee functions and offers buyer protection services.

The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

If you use such payment options, we will pass on your personal data necessary for payment processing to PayPal. The personal data transmitted to PayPal is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. Also necessary for the processing of the purchase contract are such personal data, which are in connection with the respective order.

The purpose of the data transmission is payment processing and fraud prevention. The transmission of data to PayPal is carried out in particular if a legitimate interest in the transmission is given. PayPal may, within its own privacy policy, pass on the personal data received to credit agencies. This transmission is intended for identity and creditworthiness checks. PayPal may pass on the personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors to the extent necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or to process the data in the order. The data subject has the possibility to revoke consent to the handling of personal data at any time to PayPal. A revocation does not affect personal data which must be processed, used, or transmitted in accordance with (contractual) payment processing.

The data transfer described in this section to PayPal takes place explicitly only if you select this payment option.

The applicable data protection provisions of PayPal can be retrieved under https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.

Sofortüberweisung

Components of Sofortüberweisung are integrated on our website. Sofortüberweisung is a payment service that allows cashless payment of products and services on the Internet. Sofortüberweisung represents a technical procedure by which the online retailer immediately receives a payment confirmation. This enables a retailer to deliver goods, services, or downloads to the customer immediately after the order.

The operating company of Sofortüberweisung is SOFORT GmbH, Fußbergstraße 1, 82131 Gauting, Germany.

If the data subject selects "Sofortüberweisung" during the ordering process in our online store, data of the data subject is automatically transmitted to Sofortüberweisung. By selecting this payment option, the data subject agrees to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.

During the purchase transaction via Sofortüberweisung, the buyer transmits the PIN and the TAN to Sofort GmbH. Sofortüberweisung then carries out a transfer to the online retailer after technical verification of the account balance and retrieval of further data to check the account coverage. The execution of the financial transaction is then automatically reported to the online retailer.

The personal data exchanged with Sofortüberweisung includes first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. The transmission of the data is intended for payment processing and fraud prevention. The data controller will also transmit other personal data to Sofortüberweisung if a legitimate interest in the transmission is given. The personal data exchanged between Sofortüberweisung and the data controller may be transmitted by Sofortüberweisung to credit agencies. This transmission aims at identity and creditworthiness checks.

Sofortüberweisung may pass on personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors to the extent necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or for data to be processed in the order.

The data subject has the possibility to revoke consent to the handling of personal data at any time towards Sofortüberweisung. A revocation does not affect personal data which must be processed, used, or transmitted in accordance with (contractual) payment processing.

The applicable data protection provisions of Sofortüberweisung can be retrieved under https://www.sofort.com/ger-DE/datenschutzerklaerung-sofort-gmbh/.
